Lana Leifson || 5th Year || Gryffindor || Open
FC → Liana Liberato
Lana Leifson is the youngest daughter in her family. She looks up to her older sisters, Kara and Jane, because they are everything that she wants to be. Even though her father isn’t all that strict on his youngest daughter, Lana sometimes feels that she is over protected. She gets letters from her mother or father daily, and at least a weekly response is expected from her. But, if Lana misses a letter she knows how to get what she wants by writing to her mother and she uses that to her advantage.
Lana is highly observant and has a lot of friends but still feels quite isolated.She has a kind heart, and is compassionate and selfless. Sometimes, Lana can be seriously annoying by always asking questions and poking her nose where it shouldn’t be. It isn’t intentional but if she doesn’t stop sometime soon, she is going to get herself in a load of trouble one day.
John Dawlish || 7th Year || Gryffindor || Open
FC → Drew Roy
Charismatic is perhaps the best way to begin describing John, or at the very least, it’s where he would begin. Everything John does is larger than life and full of confidence. He isn’t one opposed to exaggeration, particularly if it makes him sound better when a story is told. This habit, however, often results in him provoking people into petty squabbles so that he can prove just how superior he really is. He’s also quite vain, though he’d claim that it isn’t. John also has a darker side to him. One that struggles with believing the confidence and bluster he’s so well known for. John has never been the smartest of guys, something he’s well aware of, though he tends to cover it well. Still, he has moments where he feels like an utter idiot and it’s a feeling he hates.
Reginald Cattermole || 6th Year || Gryffindor|| Open
FC → Freddie Highmore
Reginald, or Reg as most people know him is best know for, well, not being known at all. Reg just sort of drifts. He gets average marks, is average looking, and even his name is just sort of average. He;s sweet and gentle, and never gets in anyone’s way. Always kind and courteous, but there’s just nothing particularly interesting about him. Sometimes he feels like he doesn’t fit in. And the only place he really shines is in History of Magic, possibly the most dull subject in school. The there’s Mary MacDonald… To Reg, Mary is perfect, but she hardly even knows his name. And, with only a year left at Hogwarts, he worries she never will.
Sampson McGee || 5th Year || Gryffindor || Open
FC → Nathan Kress
Sam has always had his head in the clouds. As a kid being brought up by his Aunt and Uncle, he had a Nanny who would read him outlandish stories from both the muggle and wizarding worlds. Anything full of action, adventure, and sword fighting that would allow him to escape into another world. Unfortunately, he was forced to grow up. When he was thirteen, his Aunt gave birth to a new baby, a nephew for Sam,and he took up most of their focus. Since he was already at Hogwarts he tries not to take it to personally. But, he does avoid going home on breaks, instead latching onto one of his schoolmates during every holiday, always coming up with a good excuse as to why he can’t go home.
His good looks earn him plenty of attention from female students, and as he gets older, he’s gradually losing that belief in the goodness of people, and no longer want to look for other worlds where the knight in shining armor gets to slay the villain and save the princess. But, he has never once lost that childish sense of adventure. His longing for the adrenaline rush of danger often gets him into big trouble, and occasionally it’s the kind of trouble where the punishment will be much more severe than just a detention or two.
Juliet Reynolds || 7th Year || Gryffindor || Open
FC → Hayden Panettiere
Juliet grew up with parents who were very strict. During her holidays she can be found doing extra school work at home and was always being pushed to be better than everyone else. Juliet hated the way her parents treated her, all she wanted to do was go to the cinema on the weekend with her friends and not to be stuck at home doing hours of self improvement.
Now at the age of seventeen Juliet is ready to see the world and be free of her parents restrictions. At least, that’s what she says. Unfortunately in her heart she’s still afraid she’ll be a disappointment.
Alice Fortsecue || 6th Year || Gryffindor|| Open
FC → Rachel Bilson
Unlike her little brother Florean, Alice Fortesque could never be mistaken as anything other than a Gryffindor. She is never reckless and she rarely ever throws caution to the wind. Her best friend is Lily Evans and, not surprisingly, the two have a lot in common. Like Lily, Alice is a fan of order and is known to make to-do lists to guarantee she stays on task. However after five years of hard work and excellent marks in nearly every subject, Alice is getting a little tired of spending so much time with her nose in books and is getting a bit antsy. Alice’s little known trouble making side is begging to come out to play. But, ever practical, Alice knows that if she’s not too careful, she could get caught up in the mischief and leave her studies high and dry, which would do her no good when she applies for the Auror training program after graduation. She has Frank Longbottom to thank for that career goal, actually. She had spent hours pouring over potential careers in the ministry, mapping out her future, only to have him pull out a chair next to her, shut her book, and tell her she would make an excellent Auror and to not worry so much. That little conversation has been on her mind ever since.
Alice is a big quidditch fan, never missing a game. She is also a member of the Slug Club.
Ashley Shafiq || 5th Year || Gryffindor || Open
FC → Isabelle Fuhrman
Ashley is a tough girl with a heart of gold. The first Gryffindor in a line of Slytherins. she is never one to back down from a challenge and hares anyone who things they can tell her what to do.
But, under all of her sassy replies and snap judgements she is kind and gentle, looking for someone to stick around and get to know the real her underneath.
If you want a good debate, Ash is your girl, and she will never let you down one you earn her trust, you just have to give her the chance to get to know her.
Melissa Aaron || 5th Year || Gryffindor || Open
FC → Taissa Farmiga
Melissa is often seen as a force to be reckoned with, and can be very intimidating until you get to know her. Deep under that take-charge attitude is a sweetheart of a girl who likes strong liquor, a few dirty jokes, football, and cigarettes. She is intensely clever, and seems to always be trying to figure someone out, watching body language and listening to words intently to judge the measure of whomever she is speaking with. She can come across as a callous, though once you’re past the initial layer of her personality you’ll find that it is a charade to keep others at arm’s length. When she judges someone worthy of friendship, they have a friend for life, and she would die to protect them from harm.
Jonathon Corner || 6th Year || Gryffindor || Open
FC → Ed Sheeran
Jonny Corner cares more about his friends and family than life itself. He’s made fast friendships with Vulpecula Pevrell, Cherry Cuthbert, and Aaron Jurgens. He dreams of becoming an Auror, but his marks have not been what they need to be. So, instead, he’s hoping to find a job in magical law enforcement. You would think someone as responsibility and family focused as Jonny would be a rather serious guy, but he really isn’t. He’s just an overgrown kid still not ready to grow up. He loves to joke around and play pranks on others. But his is more disciplined and can easily slip into a more serious mindset when necessary. He’s pretty good at determining which demeanor the situation calls for.
